Un fond de la bugetul comun al UE de a sustine actiunile luate de catre Statele Membre in favoarea refugiatilor sau a persoanelor dislocate, in interiorul UE. Stabilit in 2000, dupa criza din fosta Iugoslavie.
Intre 2000 si 2002, a cheltuit 16 milioane de Euro.
